If you know me, you know I’m actually quite lazy in the kitchen. But I do LOVE a good dressing, and this recipe gets it right every time. Make a batch of this dressing in a mason jar and keep it in your fridge for the week. Note that if it hardens a bit in the fridge, just shake or stir it up until it softens again!
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
Mix together all ingredients in a jar and enjoy over greens of choice.
