These salmon bites are for you if you’re anxious about the best way to cook fish – they are quick, simple, and so flavorful. Oh, and did I mention that they’re only 4 ingredients? Pair them with some veggies and my coconut rice for a delicious and nourishing meal!
Coconut Salmon Bites
1 pound fresh salmon
1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove skin and cut salmon into 1 1/2 to 2-inch cubes.
Coat salmon cubes with coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger powder in a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment. Spread salmon on baking sheet and drizzle the remaining sauce on top.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Feel free to broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for extra browning.
Remove from oven and serve with your favorite veggies and optional grain or starch (ex. sweet potato, quinoa, or my coconut rice).
