If you’re struggling with “meal prep,” start with this recipe! Chia pudding takes no time to prepare, but will make you a nutrient dense breakfast for the whole week. This is my go-to recipe for making easy and tasty chia pudding every time.
Simple Chia Pudding
3/4 cup nut milk of choice
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)
fresh fruit (strawberries, banana, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, etc.)
nut or seed butter
Mix nut milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and optional frozen berries together in a mason jar and stir or shake well.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes and shake or stir again to prevent clumping.
Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours (or overnight).
Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!
