Roasted with a drizzle of changed the game. If you’re not a broccoli fan, try again! This recipe can also be made with other veggies like squash, carrots, cauliflower, etc.
1 large head of broccoli (or bag), chopped
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
salt & pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine olive oil and honey in a bowl, add in broccoli, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Combine well.
Spread broccoli out on baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
Roast in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until brown and crispy, flipping broccoli mid-way through.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
