This dressing is a go-to in my home – any time I have fresh basil, I make a batch and it never fails. Make a batch of this dressing in a mason jar and keep it in your fridge for the week. Note: if it hardens a bit in the fridge, just shake or stir it up until it softens again!
Honey Basil Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix together all ingredients in a jar and enjoy over greens of choice.
