I make this smoothie (or some variation of it) most days! The combination of wild blueberries, spinach, and frozen cauliflower rice make it an antioxidant powerhouse. This smoothie is easy to make, quick, and tasty every time – you can’t go wrong.
Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients:
- handful spinach
- frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- high quality protein powder or collagen of choice (I’m liking Be Well by Kelly, Truvani, and Equip right now)
- (optional) 1 tbsp nut butter
- liquid of choice (water, coconut water, coconut milk, nut milk, hemp milk)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in the blender.
