These easy beef meatballs are on constant rotation in our house — soft enough for my baby, flavorful enough for the whole family. They come together with just a handful of simple ingredients and bake in about 20 minutes, making them perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep. Made with iron-rich ground beef (or bison), protein-packed egg, and buckwheat flour for extra fiber. They offer a balanced combination of protein, healthy fats, and key nutrients that support growth, brain development, and steady energy. Whether you’re serving them mashed for little ones or plated with veggies and rice for adults, they’re a nourishing, no-fuss staple everyone can enjoy.
