I partnered with my favorite prenatal supplement brand, WeNatal, to develop this delicious smoothie recipe that is great for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum!
We designed it to be made for 2 people so that you AND your partner can have an easy, nutrient dense meal or snack!
Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries (can swap for frozen berries)
- 1 banana
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp nut/seed butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 servings high quality chocolate protein powder (I love this one)
- 2 cups milk of choice (we used almond)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
