Salmon has officially made its way back into my weekly meal rotation, and this herby salmon recipe is a big reason why (and Seatopia salmon – I have no affiliation with them, but highly recommend). Even my husband—who isn’t usually a salmon fan—requests it regularly, which is always a good sign! This dish is not only flavorful and easy to prepare, but it’s also a great way to incorporate fresh, antioxidant-rich herbs that support gut health, liver function, and overall inflammation balance. I love serving it with roasted veggies, crispy potatoes, and a simple side salad for a well-rounded, nutrient-dense meal.
Note: I don’t include measurements in this recipe because more is more with all of the ingredients 😉

The term “detox” has been exploited as a way to sell diet programs. But is there some truth to it? Do we need to “detox”? The answer, as I typically say with nutrition, is that it depends.
