I realize that it can be challenging to carve out time to cook with kids. And sometimes we lack inspiration! So having easy, nutritious foods on hand for our kids (and ourselves) can be a life saver. These tots are great for baby led weaning (BLW), and a new staple for my 9-month old.
As a mom, it’s much easier to cook once and eat 10 times 😂
These broccoli tots are a very easy, low maintenance way to get veggies and nutrients on the table. Cook a big batch and freeze them for quick meals or snacks in a pinch. They’re also easy to modify to your liking – you can add more seasoning, substitute for a different type of flour, or change out the veggies.
Makes 18-20 tots.
*You can stick the whole baking sheet in your freezer until frozen then transfer into a freezer-safe bag or container. I love using Stasher Bags for this! Tots will stay fresh in the freezer for 3 months.

The term “detox” has been exploited as a way to sell diet programs. But is there some truth to it? Do we need to “detox”? The answer, as I typically say with nutrition, is that it depends.
